A candid conversation with Kim Allen
Kim Allen specializes in Integrative and Functional Medicine. Her ultimate goal is "to empower people to understand that they are capable of creating their pathways to health." Her path started in nature where three essential life elements, water, air, and earth must exist for our survival, but for Kim, each of these elements brought another and broader meaning. Her life took her to many places in the world, first for curiosity, but then for work in South Sudan with Doctors without Borders. Serving people, improving their health and well-being, and saving lives have been a theme of her life. She emphasizes teamwork and recognizing "the value of the teammates' experience and skills." She utilizes all her life experience, and knowledge in her healing approach, which she defines as "healing the Planet starts from person a time."
