There are so many elements, which influence our well-being. If I sleep well my next day is productive. If eat well and exercise I feel energized. If my environment is in order, my mind is in order too. If I can control my responses to stressful situations, I feel like a winner. If I do something good for others, I feel good about myself. I believe that all of us want to feel good, but sometimes we need a little bit of a push, motivation and helpful information. For me, all the topics are connected and to make a difference in one area I have to have it together in all other areas.
